ASPL audio demo fixtures

A 440 Hz sine wave, 6000 mono samples at 48000 Hz, generated for ASPL.
The OGG and MP3 copies encode the same WAV with FFmpeg's libvorbis and
libmp3lame encoders. Codec padding may change their decoded frame counts.
These generated audio assets are dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0.
