# ASPL Console 0.6.0

This archive contains the optional Linux x86-64 desktop Console, Arabic and
English translations, a desktop entry and an icon. Install ASPL 0.6.0 separately.

Console uses the system's Qt 6.11 or later, OpenGL and C++ runtime libraries.
It also needs your desktop's Qt platform plugin and an Arabic-capable font.
On current Arch Linux or Omarchy, install `qt6-base`, `qt6-wayland` and
`noto-fonts`. Qt's own system requirements apply; this package does not bundle
Qt or promise ASPL's independent glibc 2.34 runtime floor.

Download this archive and its Console `SHA256SUMS` into the same directory:

```sh
sha256sum --check SHA256SUMS &&
tar -xJf aspl-console-0.6.0-linux-x86_64.tar.xz &&
./aspl-console-0.6.0-linux-x86_64/bin/aspl-console --version
```

Run from the extracted directory, selecting the installed ASPL tool:

```sh
./aspl-console-0.6.0-linux-x86_64/bin/aspl-console --aspl "$HOME/.local/bin/aspl" hello.aspl
```

The selected file starts when you choose Run. Console starts in Arabic; its
Language menu switches to English. To install into your user prefix, copy
`bin/` and `share/` to the matching directories under `$HOME/.local/`.
Keep the translation catalogs under `share/aspl-console/translations/` beside
the installation's `bin/` directory.

and dependency notice are included in this archive.
