Native ASPL 0.7.0
The published archive targets baseline Linux x86-64 with glibc 2.34 or later. Its loader is /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2; the tool's direct ELF dependencies are libm.so.6 and libc.so.6. It is not a musl, ARM, Windows or macOS package. The executable contains the compiler, runtime and native templates, so ordinary check/run/build does not need a C compiler, linker or development headers.
uname -m
getconf GNU_LIBC_VERSIONExpect x86_64 and a glibc version of at least 2.34. Matching these checks does not install missing libraries. Inspect the original dependency record for release build and template details. Keep tar with xz support and sha256sum available for verified installation.
Program-specific dependencies
A built program runs without ASPL, but still needs its Linux loader and runtime libraries. A core program uses libc and libm. Foreign calls require their named shared libraries at execution. Native HTTP support is supplied in the tool; HTTPS additionally needs a usable certificate trust configuration. Raylib programs need the matching graphics/window system and, when used, audio support. The dependency record identifies each template's requirements; do not infer every graphics dependency from the core tool's two libraries.
Source-module imports need their source files during check/run/build. Built programs contain the compiled modules. Runtime data files remain external unless the program supplies their content itself. Native file operations use the process working directory.
Optional Console host
ASPL Console has its own release version and desktop requirements. Use Console Download for the supported platform, ASPL compatibility and verified host baseline, then follow Console Install and requirements. Install ASPL separately; its glibc floor alone does not establish Console compatibility. The browser playground requires neither desktop installation.
